Hello,
My name is Shane Ornelas and I’m a photographer based out of Bismarck, ND. Follow along as i travel tornado alley in search of this planets greatest sights in the sky. Severe weather, landscape and night sky imaging available!
The 2026 chase season is well under way and I have a couple excursions under my belt to begin the year.
April seen my first tornado chase of 2026 with multiple photogenic tornados documented in far southern Mn, followed by a more challenging capture of a tornadic supercell near Winthrop Iowa. Both chase accounts available on my YouTube page!
Most recently we found ourselves in far southern Nebraska and Northern Kansas in May for more Tornado chasing! St Libors EF-3 tornado observed on 5/17/26. Full HD video now online!
